Lionhead IO is an autonomous intelligence lab focused on agentic AI, cognitive operating systems, and automated discovery loops. Our work explores how intelligence can move beyond static task execution into persistent systems capable of learning continuously, reasoning over long time horizons, and generating new knowledge. We are developing a unified research stack that combines memory, planning, reasoning, and adaptive learning into a single cognitive framework. Our core platform, H-OS, functions as a cognitive operating system designed to coordinate intelligent agents and manage long-term knowledge. On top of this foundation, we are building Neo, a persistent reasoning agent with episodic memory and identity continuity, and the Discovery Engine, an automated system for hypothesis generation, simulation, and evaluation.
